Cloud Income Properties, Inc (CIP) is a private, for profit, Nevada Corporation founded in September 2012. Its headquarters are maintained in Phoenix, AZ with an office in Las Vegas, NV. CIP’s core business is identifying, evaluating and acquiring neglected and undervalued revenue generating Virtual Online Businesses (VOB’s) both for its own portfolio and for sale to third parties (e.g., investors, investment funds, groups, clubs, institutional investors, and private individuals). These targeted  VOB’s are internationally sourced, historically proven, revenue generating online businesses that offer cash-flow coupled with potential short and long-term growth, increased revenues, and higher profits once properly capitalized, monetized and managed.

  • Jeff Fagin
    Jeff FaginCEO, President, Chairman - Board of Directors, Co-Founder

    Jeff Fagin brings 35 years of business and professional management experience to Cloud Income Properties. Jeff’s credentials include an Honors Bachelor of Commerce undergraduate degree as well as a Masters of Business Administration and a CPA.

    Jeff’s professional experience began in sales and marketing with Xerox Corporation. He also worked with one of the top public accounting firms in the world, Deloitte Haskins and Sells, where he worked exclusively with Fortune 500 clients, managing billion dollar portfolios. Since 1985 he has both led or served on senior levels of financial management of publicly traded, privately held and nonprofit organizations, and has dealt with all aspects of business operations.

    Jeff serves as CEO, and President, as well as Chairman to the Board of Directors, and is also a founder.

    • Todd Miller

      Todd Miller has spent his 20+ year career in the technology field.  His experience includes both hardware (IT) and software (development).  During his career he has worked with all major technologies that are utilized by minor and major website operations.

      Todd has also spent time managing teams of developers and IT professionals. His  project management efforts have included leading entire organizations over all aspects of project development.  This broad exposure and experience base gives Todd a unique perspective on website acquisition, management, and expansion.

      Outside of work he enjoys the outdoors and can be found hiking and fishing in the mountains of Utah, Wyoming and Idaho whenever possible.

        Mr. Paul Lev-ary graduated from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1979 in Accounting and Finance. In 1982 Mr Lev-ary established an accounting practice that is still in operation. Kept busy with his accounting practice, he also owned and operated several towing companies in the Boulder area from 1982 – 2007.

        Savvy in real estate and business, he has been a partner in several shopping centers in Colorado and Texas as well as holding interests in refuelling stations, convenience stores, apartments, residential rentals, office buildings and other properties within his impressive portfolio. Paul also works on the lending side, owning and operating numerous leasing and hard money loan facilities.

        To round things off, Paul knows the importance of some down time, getting away from it all at the fishing lodge he owns in Alaska.

            Mandossian will leverage his diverse experience and provide guidance to Cloud’s Augmentation and Management Team as it acquires revenue-generating websites for modification, enhancement and either resale or broadening of Cloud’s own portfolio holdings.

Bullock is expert in both PPC and SEO traffic generation strategies as well as Social Media.

              Bullock is charged with providing strategic and tactical guidanc to Cloud’s Revenue Enhancement and Site Management Team, as it acquires revenue-generating websites for modification, enhancement and either resale or broadening of Cloud’s own portfolio of site holdings.
